5. Custom Orders & Artwork Approval

Custom & Decorated Goods

All decorated, customized, or made-to-order products are final sale and non-returnable, unless defective or incorrect due to our error.

Artwork Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs prior to production
Approval confirms acceptance of layout, spelling, sizing, placement, and colors
EESG Custom Apparel is not responsible for errors approved by the client

Production begins only after final approval is received.

6. Pricing, Payments & Deposits

Prices are subject to change without notice
Quotes are valid for a limited time unless stated otherwise
Full payment or required deposit must be received before production begins
Orders may be paused or canceled if payment is not received

Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted without first contacting us may result in account suspension and recovery fees.

7. Production Timelines & Delivery

Production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

EESG Custom Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by:

Supplier shortages
Shipping carriers
Client approval delays
Force majeure events

Shipping costs, delivery dates, and transit times are not guaranteed.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Blank (undecorated) items may be returnable if approved in advance and subject to restocking fees
Custom or decorated items are non-refundable
Cancellations after production begins are not eligible for refund

Claims for defects or errors must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

9. User Comments & Content

Certain areas of the website may allow users to post comments or feedback. EESG Custom Apparel does not pre-screen comments and is not responsible for their content.
